Commercial Property Mortgage Program is designed to help customers meet their financing needs and goals.

Loan Size:	$1,000,000 to $50,000,000
Property Type:	Multi-family, office, retail, industrial, warehouse, hotel and other commercial properties
Term:	Up to 84 months
Loan to Value:	Up to 50% for hotel; up to 75% for others
Debt Service Coverage:	Minimum of 1.25x
Closing Process:	Typically within 30-60 days from receipt of a complete application from borrowers
