Forfeiting

Forfeiting - An Alternative Export Financing Method

Forfeiting is the purchase of a transaction - account receivables or a portion of them, or proceeds from a bank or a merchant in exchange for immediate funds. The beneficiary gets immediate funds at a discount, and the forfeiting bank assumes the responsibility for collecting the full amounts from the debtors. Forfeiting is always without recourse, and can involve several years, so the forfeiting bank assumes currency, political and economic risks.

If you are interested in forfeiting service, please contact our bank for further information.
