Whether you have an account at Bank of China New York Branch or Queens Branch, you will be able to send money to your family and friends in China. In particular, we have Mail-in Remittance service for those account customers who cannot come to our branches in person to conduct remittance transactions. This service is simple, convenient and hassle-free!
If you currently maintain an account with us, you can click on the Remittance Application Form by Mail for Account Customers, and mail the completed application form to: Bank of China New York Branch at 410 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10017, or Bank of China Queens Branch at 42-35 Main Street, Flushing, NY 11355. If you don't have account with us, you need to come to our branch in person with valid government-issued photo ID, SSN and cash/check to conduct remittance.
Upon receipt of the application form, we will remit the funds on your behalf and notify you upon completion of the transaction. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood the conditions governing our remittance transfer services. These conditions are:
The destination of the remittance is limited to China, Hong Kong and Macau SAR, or to the accounts at other Bank of China overseas branches. Bank of China reserves the right to verify the information, and to decline if found false, to process the remittance application and return the money to the remitter.
