BOC Academy（New York） Launched Third Session of “2022 Global Banking Highlights and Key Industry Trends Online Training Series” – Enterprise Risk Management

On July 6th, BOC Academy (New York) successfully launched the third session of “2022 Global Banking Highlights and Key Industry Trends Online Training Series” – Enterprise Risk Management, co-hosted by Moody’s Analytics. The course was broadcasted through Zoom webinar and the BOC University Learning Platform simultaneously. The session was delivered by Mr. Gideon Pell from Moody’s experts team.

This training session gave an introduction of the definition and meaning of ERM, aligning Enterprise Risk Management with management of individual risks, detailed examination of key steps in ERM framework and process, organization and priorities of ERM function, integrating ERM with strategic decision-making, evaluating whether risk responses are adequate, seeking improvements in ERM process, ERM approaches for Fintech and disruption, and ERM case studies.

The third session of the series training was a great success. The senior executive level students from BOC Provincial Branches across China and the overseas branches actively participated, and about 6200 people participated in the online live learning, the highest level ever for this series..
