During the first part of the training session, Ms. She first introduced US regulatory requirements and expectations, with the general contents and guiding points of the three main documentations, as well as the model risk management governance framework in the US banking industry. Ms. She concluded her remarks by introducing the latest industry trends of model risk management, including its future application in AI and machine learning models throughout the banking industry. For the latter half of the training session, Mr. Allen focused on the comparison of US industry best practices with accompanying regulatory requirements, combined with real-world case studies. He concluded his remarks discussing the typical model inventory of commercial banks and model validation highlights, covering interest rate models and credit risk models among other topics.  The training course provided valuable insights and relevant content for more than 440 group-wide attendees from across the globe.
