Important Notice Regarding Change of Bank of China Debit Card Mobile Application

Dear Valued Customers:

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with reliable and improved financial services, Bank of China U.S.A. is changing the current debit card mobile application from MobiMoney to the new and improved mobile application called Card Suite Lite.

Starting at 7:00 am ET on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, you can start to download and use Card Suite Lite from Apple or Android platforms. As part of the transition, beginning at 3:00 am ET on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, users will no longer be able to access MobiMoney. You will need to create a new username and password at the first time you use Card Suite Lite, and add your Bank of China debit card to the new application. From there, you will be able to set up Card Controls and Alerts, and continue to manage your Bank of China debit card with new and improved functionalities such as setting up transactions limits and monitoring your debit card transactions.

During the transition time from MobiMoney to Card Suite Lite, you may continue to use your Bank of China debit card and all transactions will still process as normal. However, any transaction that occurs during the transition time between 3am to 7am ET Tuesday, April 30, 2024 will not be applicable to existing Card Controls nor will alerts be triggered. There will be no access to previously existing Card Controls during transition time. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this temporary transition may cause you. We will use our best efforts to limit the impact of this transition.
