Important Notification Regarding Bank of China MasterCard® Debit Card System Upgrade

Dear Valued Debit Card Holders:

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with reliable and improved debit card services, we hereby inform you that Bank of China U.S.A. will be upgrading the MasterCard® Debit Card system on Monday, April 17th, 2023, from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM ET. During the upgrade timeframe, the MobiMoney APP, and our ATMs located at our New Year Branch and Queens Branch will not be available for your use.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this interruption and system changes may cause you. We assure our best efforts to limit the impact to the debit card services during upgrade timeframe and going forward.

You may also notice the following changes after the upgrade is completed on April 17^th 2023:

• New Customer Service Numbers

• Changes on MobiMoney APP

The Account Details Page in this APP, which currently shows checking and savings accounts information, will no longer be available after the upgrade. This means that you will not be able to access Funds Transfer, Recent Transactions per account and Linked Cards transactions or information on your MobiMoney App. Those information will continue to be available on our Internet Banking System.
