Important Notification Regarding Personal Internet Banking System Upgrade (9.5-9.6)

Dear Customers,

 

As part of BOC U.S.A.’s commitment to provide you with extraordinary customer service you have come to expect from us, we are aiming to upgrade Personal Internet Banking System between September 5th (Saturday) 9:00 p.m. EST to September 6th (Sunday) 9:00 p.m.

 

During the system upgrade expected timeframe, Personal Internet Banking service will be temporarily unavailable. That is necessary as some changes may affect the products and services we provide to you with the upgraded system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and promise to try our best to ensure a seamless transition to the new online banking.

 

After launching, our upgraded Personal Internet Banking System will feature a brand new look with a wide range of upgraded functions to help us continue to provide you professional customer service, and enhanced customer experience along with the most up-to-date products and services. We believe you will find the new system to be a valuable tool for managing your bank accounts and enhancing your overall internet banking experience with comprehensive features, which include:

 

  • User-friendly interface with intuitive navigation for a variety of activities.
  • Expanded, customized and flexible fund transfer options.
  • Integrated Bill Pay service to make it easier to manage daily expenses.
  • Customer-defined informational, transactional and anti-fraud account alerts.
  • E-Statement, tax document and debit advice for viewing and downloading.
  • And Much More!

 

Please note that your log-in credentials will remain the same which means that you will still be able to use your existing log-in credentials to access the system after the upgrade. You may need to reset your customized alerts and other account settings. We will make this easy for you and will provide you with the necessary on screen instructions when you log back on after the upgrade.
