Notice of Midtown Branch Reopen (Effective June 22, 2020)

Dear Customer,

We are glad to notify you that we have reopen the retail banking floor of the New York Branch (“BOCNY”) (1045 Ave. of the Americas New York, NY 10018) on June 22nd, with extensive protective measures in place to ensure the safety of its customers and employees. All services will be available including account opening, account maintenance, wire transfers and all other normal banking services.

All persons in the branch lobby will be required, per state guidelines, to wear a mask. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a BOCNY staff member to help guide you to the appropriate area for assistance. You will find hand-sanitizing stations at the lobby entrance. We ask that you to use these stations before and after your transactions to help protect yourself and the greater community. At this time, we also will try to limit the number of people in the branch at any one time to ensure six-foot distancing between you and other customers or staff members, so you may need to wait outside if necessary. Please also remember not to shake hands or have other physical contact during your visits. Finally, if you feel ill, have a fever, and/or have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19, we ask that you avoid in-person visits.

We also encourage you to access your accounts from home, by using online banking to check your account balance, transfer funds, view and download your statements. This service is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

We will continue to monitor and implement orders and directives issued by Federal, State and local governmental authorities, and follow guidance and advisories from the CDC, WHO and other state/local public health authorities, to do our part in mitigating the risks of a second wave of COVID-19.
