Notice of Temporary Closure

Dear Customer:

Please be advised that Bank of China New York Branch (1045 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10018) and Bank of China Queens Branch (42-35 Main Street, Flushing, NY 11355) will be temporarily closed on Tuesday, February 2nd, 2021 due to the inclement weather, and the State of Emergency declared by Governor Cuomo and Mayor De Blasio earlier today.

Given the expected impacts the storm will have on New York's transportation system the temporarily closure will only affect in-person services provided at the New York Branches (New York Branch & Queens Branch) on February 2nd, 2021 including:  

  1. In-person deposits and withdrawal;
  2. Automated Teller Machine (ATM) deposits – Withdrawals will not be interrupted;
  3. In-person wire transfers - This service will be offered online only;
  4. Foreign Exchange transactions;
  5. Official Bank Checks;
  6. In-person opening and closing of Customer accounts; and
  7. Safe-Deposit Box.

Online Banking Service will not be affected by the closure. We encourage our customers and clients to utilize our online banking services during the affected period.
