Notice of Temporary Midtown Branch Closure (Effective March 23, 2020)

Bank of China U.S.A. continues to monitor the news related to COVID-19 and its impact in the U.S. and around the world. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, out of an abundance of caution, we are closing our Midtown Branch retail banking floor until further notice.

Please note that while certain business functions and processes may be affected, including delays in posting ATM deposits to customer accounts, we will do our best to minimize the risk of disruption.

At this time, we encourage our customers and clients to utilize our online banking services during the affected period. If you need immediate in person assistance or service, please visit our Queens Branch located at 42-35 Main Street, Flushing, NY 11355. If necessary and possible under the circumstances, you may be able to visit the Manhattan Branch by appointment only.
