Notification on Service Charge Schedule Update

Bank of China U.S.A. is always committed to provide you with the support needed to reach your financial goals. We are excited to inform you that we are making significant changes to eliminate certain fees on your accounts:

  • Elimination of ACH return unpaid fees for personal customers–customers will no longer pay an ACH returned fee if BOCUSA returns an ACH unpaid due to insufficient fund in the deposit account.
  • Elimination of Online Bill Payment NSF ACH Debit Fees-–customers will no longer pay a fee if ACH initiated via Online Bill Pay being returned due to insufficient fund in the deposit account.
  • Elimination of Online Bill Payment ACH Claim and Payment Investigation fees-–customers will no longer pay a fee for claim or payment investigation for ACH initiated via Online Bill Pay.
  • Elimination of Returned Check Extra Charges-–customers will no longer pay a fee for extra charge on a returned check if check amount is $5,000 or over.
  • Elimination of Abandoned Property Fees-–customers will no longer pay a fee for abandoned property processing

The above-mentioned changes will be effective on December 19, 2022.
