BOC U.S.A. does not collect, use, or disclose personal or financial information from minors without written parental consent, nor do we knowingly market our Products and Services to minors. This Website is not directed at nor targeted to children under the age of 18. If you have not reached the age of majority or are not able to enter into legally binding agreements in your country, you may not use this Website unless necessary parental consent has been obtained. We regularly monitor and test the effectiveness of the safeguards, we conduct periodic penetration tests and vulnerability assessments.
