Although the Covid-19 health crisis has significantly diminished, our top priority remains your health and safety.  In all of our branches, we continue to align with the health and safety guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as state guidelines. 

For Customers who are hesitant about physically visiting our branches and offices, BOC U.S.A.  encourages you to access your accounts from home, by using online banking to check your account balance, transfer funds, view and download your statements. This service is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Using our ATM machines is also an option to be considered.

We will continue to monitor and implement orders and directives issued by Federal, State and local governmental authorities, and follow guidance and advisories from the CDC, WHO and other state/local public health authorities, to do our part in mitigating the risks of a new wave of COVID-19.
