On April 5, 2025, Mr. Wei Hu, President and CEO of Bank of China USA and Chairman of China General Chamber of Commerce (CGCC) addressed the 28th Harvard China Forum at the Opening Ceremony.

The China General Chamber of Commerce Los Angeles (CGCC-LA) recently hosted its 2025 Annual Gala at the Sheraton San Gabriel Hotel in Los Angeles. During the gala, Bank of China was awarded the "Community Excellence Award of the Year."

On March 11, 2025, Bank of China Los Angeles Branch Manager Mr. Peng Li delivered a donation check to the Pasadena Community Foundation for the Eaton Fire Relief and Recovery Fund. During the visit, Mr. Li met with Mariver Copeland, CFO and Vivian Kambe, Development Manager.

On February 11th, 2025, the China General Chamber of Commerce – USA (CGCC) celebrated its 20th Anniversary at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York, with Bank of China USA as the proud lead sponsor. The gala brought together leaders from business and trade to commemorate the milestone theme of “Building Connections and Creating Opportunities,” a reflection of the two decades of collaborative success between U.S. and Chinese businesses.
